GeM competitor analytics explained
All India Tender separates procurement outcomes so a Direct Purchase order is not incorrectly presented as a competitive-bid win.
- Participated
- A unique resolved Bid or RA in which the seller appears in the available bidder data. Raw duplicate rows are not counted as separate participation.
- Won
- A competitive Bid or RA outcome where the available result identifies the seller as the successful bidder.
- Lost
- A resolved competitive event in which the seller participated but was not the successful bidder.
- Pending
- The outcome has not yet been resolved or published in the available source data.
- Disqualified
- The available technical or outcome status identifies disqualification.
- Direct Purchase
- A GeM contract created through Direct Purchase. It is reported separately from competitive Bid/RA awards.
- L1 comparison
- A contract associated with price comparison or L1 purchasing, distinct from Direct Purchase and formal bidding.
Identity matching
Company-name normalisation may be combined with available seller identifiers or GSTIN. Similar company names do not automatically prove that two legal entities are the same.
Interpretation
Analytics reflect the records available to All India Tender at the stated update time. Historical gaps, portal changes and unpublished outcomes can affect totals. Use the underlying tender or contract reference for formal verification.
