Data methodology and coverage

All India Tender is an independent tender-intelligence platform. It collects public procurement notices and contract information from Indian government procurement sources, then normalises the records for search, alerts and analysis.

All India Tender is not a government website and is not affiliated with GeM. The official source remains authoritative. Users should verify deadlines, corrigenda and bid conditions on the issuing portal.

Collection workflow

  1. Public notice or contract metadata is collected from the source portal.
  2. Identifiers, dates, locations, departments, values and categories are normalised.
  3. Available tender documents are processed to extract scope, quantity, eligibility and critical conditions.
  4. Duplicate records are consolidated without inventing unavailable values.
  5. Source and update timestamps are retained for verification.

Quality rules

Extracted facts and calculated estimates are treated separately. A calculated value is shown only when the underlying quantity, duration and wage or rate components are available with sufficient confidence. Missing source information is not silently fabricated.

Coverage limitations

Government portals can change layouts, throttle requests, publish scanned documents or temporarily fail. Historical contract and participation coverage may therefore be incomplete. All India Tender uses resumable collection and validation checks, but does not claim zero missing records.

How to evaluate freshness

Check the tender's source portal, published date, closing date and last-updated indicator. For critical submissions, always review the official document and latest corrigendum.
